Sea Turtle Using the Baby Wipe Technique

by Joan Barbret, December 31, 2022

The second I saw this stamp set I knew I had to have it because I knew it would be the perfect stamp for the Baby Wipe Technique.

I dropped several droplets of ink on a baby wipe and let them spread out a bit. I stamped the turtle in Soft Seafoam on watercolor paper. I then placed the turtle stamp on the baby wipe to pick up all the different ink colors and stamped over the Soft Seafoam turtle base. I repeated the same steps for the two little turtles and then fussy cut all three since there are no dies with this set. The background was made using blending brushes.

    1. It is a mixture of a couple of blue/green re-inkers. Misty Moonlight, Not So Navy and I am not sure what green I used.
